-Leech Seed

-Energy Ball

Toxic Staller. Leech Seed provides healing at the expense of your opponent. Use Protect to gain even more HP while your opponent dies to Toxic. Energy Ball is strong STAB.

toxic and leech seed aren't very good in LC usually. They do very little damage over time compared to in lv100 tiers that it's better 9/10 times to just attack instead

Even though they do damage its not a lot but Leech Seed heal you when the opponent takes damage due to it so I would recommend Leech Seed more than Toxic.

Careful Nature
- Spore
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Seed Bomb

First, Spore to put the opponent to sleep. Use Substitute next. Focus Punch can be used successfully after this, as you can't be hit behind Substitute, except in a few scenarios. Seed Bomb is basic STAB. Toxic Orb + Toxic Heal heals off any damage you may have sustained.

Only 116 attack and 196 SpD? Cant you have more EVs than that?

I'm not too familiar with LC EVs. I just went with the Smogon recommendations.

LC's ev system means that ev's don't have any effect after a certain point. If you gave it 252 evs, the stat is the same as putting in 196 for most pokemon
