Where do I get the Leftovers in Pokemon X/Y?

I want to find it because it is very helpful, and can be used multiple times, and I can't seem to find it on this website.

One can be found on Route 12.

In the southwest of the ranch side of the route, down a path between the fields of yellow flowers (requires Cut)

Any others must be found by a Pokemon with Pickup that's above Level 81. You have a 1% chance of finding Leftovers under those criteria.
