Ability: Rattled
Level: 5
EVs: 4 Atk / 244 SpA / 76 SpD / 180 Spe
Modest Nature
- Shell Smash
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Body Slam

The Deep Sea Tooth doubles it's Special Attack. Shell Smash doubles it's Speed and Special Attack even more, Scald is nice STAB with a chance to Burn and Ice Beam is coverage. Shell Smash also raises Clamperl's Attack, so Body Slam is neutral coverage with a chance to Paralyze.

EVs: 76 HP / 244 SpA / 180 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shell Smash
- Surf / Scald
- Ice Beam / Blizzard
- Substitute

Open with Substitute and hope it doesn't break. Next turn, use Shell Smash to boost your attacking prowess. Use Surf for damage, but Scald if you want to fish for burns. Ice Beam is more accurate but weaker, while Blizzard is stronger but less accurate. Choose which one suits your needs.
