Ability on dexnav not working?

I don't really understand the dexnav. I'm looking for a Pokemon with frisk. But everytime it says I'm gonna get one with it, its the same one I had every other time. Can someone explain this to me please?

You are probably in a place where only one Pokemon with Frisk spawns, as in Petalburg Woods with Phantump. Therefore if you are looking for a Pokemon with Frisk in Petalburg Woods it will only show Phantump.
