So as you know, a triple battle format example:

Blaziken Swampert Sceptile

Kyogre Groudon Rayquaza

certain moves only hit the 3 Pokemon surrounding it
so what happens if its

Blaziken (swampert fainted) (sceptile fainted)

(kyogre fainted) (Groundon Fainted) Rayquaza

what happens if blaziken and rayquaza cant damage each other? what happens?

If there are only two Pokémon left on the field and they are non-adjacent to each other, both Pokémon will automatically be shifted to the center of the field at the end of the turn.

So, at the end of the turn when only Blaziken and Raquaza are left, both Pokémon will automatically be shifted to the center so they can hit each other.
