Help looking for Raikou and Entei in Pokemon Crystal. Please help?

I am having trouble finding Raikou and Entei in Pokemon Crystal.... does anyone know where to start looking?

They are roaming Pokémon, meaning that they do not have any set locations and are generally a hesk of a lot complicated.

Raikou and Entei are Roaming Pokemon. Roaming Pokemon can be found anywhere, however they are really hard to find, with a 0.1% chance to be found. In addition, there is a 1/16 chance that the Roaming Pokemon will change areas. To make matters worse, they also tend to flee a lot, and once defeated, cannot be found again.
