Is Shadow Groudon and Kyogre obtainable in either Colosseum or XD?

Unfortunately, you cannot obtain either.

Despite being on the cover, Groudon and Kyogre are not available in the game unless traded from a Game Boy Advance game.

That's only for Colosseum. Bulbapedia doesn't mention about XD Gale of Darkness.

Nevermind. They told in Colosseum's case because it had the box art of them. So I guess this answer is correct.
