Does Focus Punch cause the user to flinch if interrupted even if the user has Inner Focus?

For example, I was thinking if a Inner Focus Lucario has Focus Punch and it gets hit with a move. Will Lucario flinch or not?

It’s not flinching

Getting hit during Focus Punch isn’t flinching. It “loses focus” when it is hit. Therefore, the Focus Punch won’t occur if it is hit and has Inner Focus.
