What forme is Deoxys in when you fight him in ORAS(and for that matter, X and Y)?

Question

Title explains it all, I know from past searching on the site that Deoxys appears and is in different forms, depending on the game he is in. Or, was I mislead, and it's something completely different that determines his forme?

Also, I now know how to change the forms, so just what form does he appear in.

You cannot fight Deoxys in X and Y legally. In ORAS, it will be in its standard form when you split the meteor in the Delta Episode.
