What's the effect of Quick Draw?

Now, before you go and say the info is on the site, it actually isn't, I was just browsing through, and came across the Signature Ability called Quick Draw, I clicked on the link, it pulled up the average ability page, except, there was nothing under the work Effects. So what exactly is the effect of Quick Draw?

There's also no in-game descriptions like there normally is.

If a Pokémon with this Ability selects a damaging move, it has a 30% chance of going first in its priority bracket. If the Ability activates, this is announced at the start of the turn (after move selection).
