Where is the earliest place to obtain a Luxury Ball in Diamond?

I wanted a Lopunny for my Diamond playthrough and I figured out it'd be easier to evolve Buneary if you caught it using Luxury Ball.

In diamond, you can only get it in the pokemarts of sunyshore and the Pokemon league. The only other way to get it is with the Pokemon news press
