Is there any Pokemon that could OHKO Shuckle?

Question

So a while back I asked this question:

And I was wondering again is there any Pokemon that could OHKO Shuckle with Max HP and Def/SpD EVs with a Defense/SpD boosting nature (depends if you use special move, than go with SpD nature) with no Sturdy ability and stat boost?
If there is one, what is the strategy? And no OHKO moves please.

There's plenty of ways to ohko Shuckle. One that comes to mind is Sand force excadrill with life Orb earthquake. Also all the ohko moves

The problem with one shotting Shuckle is sturdy. This dumbass ability lets it survive anything by the skin of its teeth. If you really want to kill this thing from full, your best bet is mold breaker Excadrill with z iron head. Well, one of the best bets anyway. Regardless, you will need a pokemon with mold breaker to do this because sturdy. Also, that Excadrill is based if Shuckle goes max hp max spdef. You might need to sd up if it invests in hp and defense

The effects are same, except for that Heavy Rain lasts forever as long as the mon is active in the field until Desolate Land, or cloud Nine / Delta Stream comes into effect.

The easiest way to do it is with Final Gambit. That way the defense stats aren't relevant at all, the only thing that matters is whether the Final Gambit user has more HP than Shuckle (hint: it does, unless it's Shedinja or Diglett).

Why do the first calculations do not have Max Def on Shuckle? And why does Necro DM have Corkscrew Crash over Searing Sunraze Smash? The other calcs do not have a Defense boosting nature on them as the question says. Also, I really really hate answers that are incomplete.

"with no Sturdy ability?" This also means you do not need to only include Sturdy bypassing moves/ability Pokemon.
