Gen V

Hitmonlee (M) @ Normal Gem
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 172 SpD / 84 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Bullet Punch

A problem with Hitmonlee has always been low Speed. Unburden fixes that problem. You use Fake Out, which activates Normal Gem and will do some nice free damage. Now you've got Speed in the 400 range. Close Combat is more reliable than Hi Jump Kick, and your ability is Unburden, not Reckless. Stone Edge provides type coverage. No matter how fast you are, there is still a chance that you can be outsped. So Bullet Punch provides priority. Sucker Punch isn't used because it isn't able to be used along with Unburden. Your EVs give you enough Speed to outspeed most foes after Unburden. Attack is maxed out, and some bulk on the special side is also given.

but why invest in bulk when close combat lowers your defenses?

Role: Anti-Hax Switch in Killer

ScrewyouHax! (Hitmonlee) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Limber
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Focus Punch
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake

This set takes alot of predicting to use.

The point being, Para-hax has gotten to be a real pain lately, so here's how you solve it!

Limber lets you switch in on Paralyzation, without getting paralyzed, if you predict the switch, you get a nasty STAB Focus Punch blow in! Which can beast your opponent up, but some opponents like togekiss, need to be taken down with Stone Edge.
And others with Earthquake.

Bulk Up: Covers for it's low Defence and raises Attack
Hi Jump Kick: STAB, high power and a good chance to hit

Stone Edge: Coverage

I wish this guy had Hone Claws :3
is Spd Speed or Special Defense?
"SpD" is Special Defense, but a lot of old movesets have Speed as "Spd" though the correct one is "Spe".
oh thanks i had to sleep to wait for an answer
No this isn annoying
why 6 for hp, dont you mean 4 HP since thats all you have left from the 504EVs you gave for atk and spe
6+252+252=510 it's just that the two Evs are useless.

Hitmonlee @ Normal Gem
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 36 Def / 160 SpD
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Sucker Punch

so you fake out to grab a speed boost, then beat the crap out of anything that opposes you. if they pull out a Psychic, Sucker Punch it right in its stupid face. Stone Edge Covers Flying Types and Ice types, if you decide you don't want a Close Combat drop over an Ice kill.

Lol Slip, Sucker Punch can't be used alongside unburden ._.
why is that?

I just thought of this moveset

Hitmonlee (M) @ Liechi Berry
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Naive / Naughty Nature
- Endure
- Reversal
- Blaze Kick
- Stone Edge / Rock Slide

I haven't tried this set out yet, I literally just thought of it, I see a few problems if they don't get you down to 1 HP, but this set can in theory do a lot of damage.

If this set doesn't work I have tried the Normal Gem/Fake out sets and they do work really well

Here's a fun one.

Hitmonlee (M) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Endure
- Reversal
- Blaze kick / Stone Edge
- Mach Punch / Bullet Punch

The idea is to bait the enemy into using a super effective attack to activate your weakness policy while enduring so you get 2x attack, and Reversal gets 200 BP due to you having 1 hp. Unburden doubles your speed so you can outspeed everything and Reversal will start destroying everything, even things that resist it.

Blaze kick is for coverage, Priority for other priority users. Mach punch counters sharpedo and crawdaunt.
Bullet punch counters togekiss

Gen 8 PU

Hitmonlee @ Life Orb
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

  • High Jump Kick
  • Knock Off
  • Stone Edge
  • Mach Punch / Poison Jab

High Jump Kick is extremely powerful STAB boosted by Reckless. Don't use it against something that you think has Protect. You shouldn't be spamming HJK too much, because you risk knocking yourself out due to the potential 50% recoil if it misses. Knock Off covers Psychic types and is great utility. Stone Edge covers Flying types. Mach Punch is STAB priority, Poison Jab covers Fairy types and can poison.

Gen 8 PU

Hitmonlee @ White Herb
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature

  • Curse
  • Close Combat
  • Knock Off
  • Stone Edge / Earthquake

Curse boosts Attack and Defense. Hitmonlee does have Bulk Up, however, Curse's Speed lowering side effect is important, because it activates White Herb and also activates Unburden. Close Combat is STAB. Knock Off is great utility and covers Psychic types. Stone Edge or Earthquake can be used as coverage.

Gen 9 NU Terrain Sweeper

Hitmonlee @ Grassy Seed / Psychic Seed
Ability: Unburden
Tera Type: Fire / Poison / Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
- Blaze Kick / Earthquake

Hitmonlee dropped to NU, and Terrain teams are already good at the time this was posted, so here is a set Hitmonlee can use on Terrain teams. When you send out Hitmonlee in the terrain you're using, Hitmonlee will consume its terrain seed, activating Unburden. Hitmonlee got access to Swords Dance this Gen, which allows Hitmonlee to have more breaking power than previous generations. Close Combat is used for Hitmonlee's Fighting STAB since it is powerful. Knock Off allows Hitmonlee to remove items from opposing Pokemon and is useful to hit Pokemon who resist or are immune to Close Combat such as Chandelure, Dragalge, Delphox, Basculegion, Golurk, Galarian Slowbro, and Palossand. Blaze Kick allows Hitmonlee to hit Vileplume super effectively. Poison Jab can be used to hit Fairy-types such as Florges, Grimmsnarl, and Sylveon super effectively. Earthquake is an option mostly to hit Qwilfish should Qwilfish rise in usage to check Hitmonlee. Grassy Seed is used if you use Hitmonlee on Grassy Terrain teams, giving a boost to Hitmonlee's frail defense stat. Psychic Seed is used for Psychic Terrain teams, protecting Hitmonlee from priority moves.

Hitmonlee has a few Tera Types it can use. Tera Fire is used if you use Blaze Kick. Not only does Tera Fire Blaze Kick let it OHKO Vileplume after a +2 Attack boost, but it also lets Hitmonlee resist Fairy moves. Tera Poison is used with Poison Jab so Hitmonlee can hit Fairy-types hard. If you use Earthquake, you can use a Tera Type such as Dark, as Tera Dark gives Hitmonlee a Psychic immunity and a boost to Knock Off.

Hitmonlee @ Wide Lens
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Stone Edge
- Blaze Kick
- Rapid Spin

It works well. Superpowered up HJK that has 99% accuracy? Oh yeah.

Fast sweeper:

Hitmonlee @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Endure
- Reversal
- Poison Jab
- Stone Edge

Endure on a non-physically bulky fairy, then destroy. Don't start this if your opponent may have priority.

Ability: Unburden
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Lonely / Naughty Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Endure
- Reversal
- Earthquake
- Sucker Punch

Endure to 1 HP, get berry boost, unburden activates, reversal destruction ensues.

Gen 8

Hitmonlee @ Muscle Band / Focus Sash / Normal Gem
Ability: Limber / Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature

  • Brick Break / Close Combat / High Jump Kick
  • Rock Slide / Stone Edge
  • Bullet Punch / Poison Jab
  • Fake Out
by

Why are you using Muscle Band?
"Spd" with a lowercase D is also Speed. I think they meant Speed and not Special Defense. And considering they say (+Atk -SpAtk), they would likely use SpDef as an acronym.
I am using muslce band to increase the psyical move power of all his moves. And i did mean Speed

Hitmonlee @ Wide Lens
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 4 Hp / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Blaze Kick
- Rock Slide / Stone Edge
- Poison Jab

  • Rock Slide / Stone Edge - Coverage
  • Poison Jab - Coverage

High Jump Kick does even more damage than Close Combat and is 100% accurate because of Reckless and Wide Lens. You can use either Rock Slide or Stone Edge depending if you want more damage or more uses. You can use this build for PvP or PvE in which it is overpowered and does insane damage. I highly recommend using this build.

Hitmonlee @ Liechi Berry
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Reversal
- Endure
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

Simple, just use endure, leave hitmonlee with 1hp, it will eat its liechi berry, unburden activates, raising hitmonlee speed, then sweep with a 200 power reversal

Hope I helped!

Last of the Hitmon's to answer. It doesn't have any things that make it stand out from the others, but it has a great Attack stat. This set doesn't specify on any tier.

Hitmonlee @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Limber / Reckless
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Close Combat / High Jump Kick
- Knock Off
- Poison Jab / Rock Slide
- Earthquake

Close Combat and High Jump Kick are very powerful moves with bad drawbacks, but Close Combat's defense drops don't really matter because Hitmonlee will probably never survive a strong hit. If you are using Hi Jump Kick, Reckless is the better Ability. Limber prevents you from getting crippled by Paralysis. Knock Off is a great utility move, and is coverage against Psychic types. Poison Jab and Rock Slide is coverage. Earthquake has nice coverage, hitting 5 types super-effectively. I recommend Adamant over Jolly, but if you run Jolly you reach 600 max Speed. Really fast!
