Is there a trainer in Brilliant Diamond with Drifloon?

There's only one trainer, an optional one in Fantina's Gym that you can get to by answering the questions wrong. Other than that. you can only see Drifloon every Friday at the Valley Windworks.

In Fantina's Gym, there is a trainer with a Drifloon. However, you cannot fight this gym trainer if you've beaten Fantina already. The only other way to find a Drifloon is to find the one that shows up at the Valley Windworks on Fridays.
