What is the best ev spread and do I go for blaziken in emerald for a nuzlocke?

I was planning to do a fighting type mono hardocre nuzlocke run in emerald and decided to go for a power full one so I wanted to know what is the best possible nature I can get and evs do I invest in?

Don't invest in EVs. Just battle high level wild Pokemon until your Pokemon are 11 or 12 levels above your opponents' Pokemon.

i would suggest a hasty nature which increases speed and reduces defense

as for the ev's
252 Speed , 252 Special Attack , 4 Attack
