Where can I fight trainers with these Pokémon?

Hi, I need to “see” the following Pokémon for my Pokédex in BDSP. I just need the page filled. There’s a few more I need, but those will be easily solved when I fight the E4. Thanks!

I know a few of these can be found in the wild, but is there a trainer I can fight instead with these?

Alakazam
Vespiqueen
Barboach
Wiscash
Drapion
Finneon
Tentacool
Uxie
Axelf
Mesprit
Palkia

For the legendaries, obviously no trainer will have them, but I’d prefer not to encounter them if I can avoid it. I want to shiny hunt them on a later date, so if there’s a place I can “see” them without encountering, please let me know

I think we're just waiting for Serebii to create a page for this lol. I know the legendaries except maybe Mesprit will not be able to be seen until you've encountered them. I haven't played the game, but in dp you are given mesprits Pokedex information before encountering it so that you can track it since it is a roamer

Swimmer Vincent has a level 29 Whiscash

Route 223

Swimmer Fransico can be found with a level 40 Tentacool.

Swimmer Cassandra has a level 41 Finneon in her party.

Aaron has a level 54 Vespiquen and a level 57 Drapion.

Bertha has a level 55 Whiscash and a level 59 Hippowdon.

Lucian has a level 60 Alakazam

Originally included a VS. Seeker rematch that required you to beat the Elite 4, but the Pokemon in question, Alakazam, is found in the Elite 4.
