What exactlty is 'Rare Wares'? Searching that up gives the results of a quest named 'Even More New Wares' and the list of items Ginter provides (which has been covered here: https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/406159 ).

I know they sell the items required to change Rotom's form. I bought an item (I think it maybe been called the "mysterious [motor?]"). It turned up in my house as an orange lawn mower, and with Rotom in my party, it could turn into Mow rotom.

As for Rotoms’ mechanical items, those don’t have just one set price. They are initially sold at 20,000P, but every time they are offered again (like if you don’t buy it before it goes away and they come again), the price increases by another 20,000P, until it caps out at 100,000P.
