How do I get Pikachu with caps? (Alola Cap, Kalos Cap)?

The PokeDex for Pikachu on this site is showing Pika on with different caps. How do I get those in Gen 5 or games below Gen 5?

You can't. Kalos and Alola didn't exist in Gen 5 lol

I'm pretty sure you're only able to get the Pikachu caps in Gen 7 or Gen 8 through events.

You were only able to get the Pikachu caps via limited time events in Gens 7-8. Those events do not exist anymore and are unobtainable in Gen 5.
