What Pokemon are in the PLA Pokedex, but not in any of the Sinnoh Pokedexes?

Question

Excluding the new Hisui forms and regional evolutions, though pre-evolutions of these Pokemon that aren't Hisui forms may be included like Rufflet and the starters, but they can be separated from the other Pokemon if formatted in a list and such.

The only ones I can think of off the top of my head are the Alolan Vulpix and Paras line.

Sylveon, Rufflet, Rowlet, Dartrix, Cyndaquil, Quilava, Oshawott, Dewott off the top of my head. There were also legendaries in Sinnoh that weren't in the Dex, like Heatran. Those have entries in Hisui now. Things like Stantler, Teddiursa and Ursaring were in National Pokedexes.

By Sinnoh pokedex, I mean the regional pokedex for those games, as if it were the national pokedexes, the list would just be made up entirely of Gen 5-7 Pokemon.

let me clarify: you want the gen 4 regional sinnoh dex compared to LA's Dex, right? not the gen 4 nat dex, and not anything post gen 4?

I based this off of the Platinum Dex, as it has Pokémon DP's Dex didn't include. I then cross-referenced with LA's Pokedex for each Pokémon. I did not include any post gen-4 Pokemon, as they did not exist in DPPT. BDSP takes after the original DP Pokedex, so anything in PT's dex should cover it. I didn't see any inconsistencies when comparing to BDSP.

All the Pokemon in LA's dex that aren't in Sinnoh's Regional Dex:

Ninetales

**Growlithe and Voltorb lines are not here since their Kanto forms aren't in either dex
