Where can Riolu be found in Legends: Arceus?

So I sprinted across with this game (I newly bought it) and wondered, "Where is Riolu?". So I am asking kindly, Please do tell, WHERE IS RIOLU? I have a gabite and he needs a training partner :)

Riolu can be found in Alabaster Icelands, specifically the Icebound Falls and Snowfall Hot Spring sub-locations.
