What were the major progressions in the SS OU, Ubers, LC and AG meta during it's life cycle?

Question

I left playing competitive Pokemon in February. When I left, Landorus-Therian ruled OU, Calyrex-S and Yveltal ruled AG and Ubers, and Grookey ruled LC. What has changed in the past few months (since February?) - any new bans, meta shifts (toward weather teams or something like that), or any new dominant Pokemon? I want to get back into playing Pokemon competitively, and any tips will be appreciated. I just want this for the main formats - OU, Ubers, Anything Goes, and perhaps LC.

This is an incredibly broad question. It would help if you could restrict it to a handful of formats.
