Gen 9 RU

Dudunsparce-Three-Segment @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace / Rattled
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Coil
- Hyper Drill / Body Slam
- Earthquake / Zen Headbutt / Tera Blast
- Roost

This is a pretty standard Dudunsparce set. Coil Is used to boost Dudunsparce's attack while also boosting his defense to make him very bulky, while also boosting his accuracy so moves like Zen Headbutt will always hit. The evs allow Dudunsparce to take some special hits aswell until he needs to heal with roost. Hyper Drill is pretty powerful STAB, but alternatively, you could use Body Slam to fish for paralysis with Serene Grace. Earthquake is for coverage and hits rock and steel types that resist your STAB. Zen Headbutt is another choice if you want to hit the fighting types that are slower than you super effectively. It's flinch rate also gets boosted by Serene Grace so you could theoretically try paraflinching the opponent if you get a body slam paralysis up (Keep in mind that you will get walled by steel types if you only have your normal stab and Zen Headbutt). Tera Ghost allows you to be immune to stray fighting moves, with Tera Blast Ghost being STAB if you terrastallize aswell as coverage. Roost is for recovery incase you got to low health while setuping. Leftovers is also for passive recovery. If you run a moveset without any moves that are boosted by Serene Grace, you could alternatively use Rattled so any potential dark, ghost, or bug moves that hit you boost your speed, allowing you to outspeed a bit more opponents (although one boost definitely doesn't do you good against the base 100 speed or more Pokemon).

This is my first moveset answer so hoped it helped :)

Two Segment Form

Gen 9 NU Calm Mind

Dudunsparce @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 248 HP / 204 Def / 56 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Roost
- Boomburst
- Shadow Ball

A Calm Mind + Roost Dudunsparce set for Gen 9 NU. Calm Mind boosts Dudunsparce's Special Attack and Special Defense, allowing Dudunsparce to boost its offensive presence and make it harder to take out with special attacks. Boomburst is used for an incredibly powerful Normal STAB. Shadow Ball is nice coverage alongside Boomburst since it allows Dudunsparce to deal super effective damage to Ghost-types such as Drifblim and Oricorio-Sensu. Roost lets Dudunsparce recover HP. Tera Ghost is used to give Dudunsparce an immunity to Fighting- and Normal-type moves.

248 HP is used to give Dudunsparce bulk. 56 Speed EVs allow Dudunsparce to outspeed Farigiraf not using Speed EVs. The rest of the EVs are used in Defense along with a Bold Nature to allow Dudunsparce to take physical hits better.

but isn’t Dudunsparce physical? You didn’t even give it any SpA boosts through EVs nor it’s nature, yet you used boomburst…
The set I posted was a Defensive spread. The 0 IVs in attack lower its attack to reduce Foul Play damage. You can do a more offensive EV spread with 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe with Modest Nature. Yes, I'm aware Dudunsparce's physical attack is higher than its special attack, but base 85 isn't too far off from 100. Also, Dudunsparce is honestly a pretty versatile Pokemon, and news flash: Pokemon who are versatile such as Dudunsparce can use more than one viable set.
252 SpA Dudunsparce Boomburst vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Arceus: 147-174 (38.5 - 45.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 Atk Dudunsparce Hyper Drill vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Arceus: 118-139 (30.9 - 36.4%) -- 60.9% chance to 3HKO
...You are aware that this set has Calm Mind to boost its special attack, right? And did you read the part of the comment that said the EV spread I put is a defensive spread, but you can use an offensive EV spread with Special Attack EVs?
Missing the number of segments, incomplete guide :p
Added that that this is for the Two-Segment form lol.  Just having Dudunsparce makes it the Two-Segment form on Showdown!. I put the Two-Segment Form separately because it I added -Two-Segment next to Dudunsparce, the set wouldn't import to Showdown properly.

Gen 9 NU Coil

Dudunsparce @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Serene Grace
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Coil
- Body Slam
- Dragon Tail
- Roost

This is the (annoying) Coil set Dudunsparce uses in NU. Coil boosts Dudunsparce's Attack, Defense, and Accuracy to make it a threatening setup sweeper. Once it gets going, Coil Dudunsparce becomes quite hard to stop. Body Slam is used for Dudunsparce's Normal STAB since it can paralyze opposing Pokemon, and Serene Grace Body Slams can help Dudunsparce break through teams. Dragon Tail may seem wierd on a Coil set, but Dragon Tail allows Dudunsparce to force out bulky setup sweepers that try to setup alongside it. Roost allows Dudunsparce to recover HP so it can stay in longer. Tera Fairy not only turns Dudnsparce's Fighting weakness into a resist, but it also makes Dudunsparce immune to Dragon Tail should Pokemon such as Eelektross, Appletun, and opposing Dudunsparce want to force it out with that move. :D Heavy-Duty Boots may sound weird on this set, but Heavy-Duty Boots preventing Dudunsparce from being affected by hazards means Dudunsparce doesn't have to use Roost as much if hazards are up on your side.

Gen 9 NU Agility + Throat Spray

Dudunsparce-Three-Segment @ Throat Spray
Ability: Rattled
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Agility
- Boomburst
- Earth Power
- Shadow Ball

An Agility + Throat Spray set Dudunsparce can use on HO teams in Gen 9 NU. Agility lets Dudunsparce boost its speed so it can outspeed Pokemon it otherwise wouldn't. Boomburst is Dudunsparce's powerful reliable STAB move, making up for its base 85 Special Attack. With Throat Spray, Dudunsparce can boost its Special Attack by 1 stage after using Boomburst against a Pokemon that isn't a Ghost-type. Earth Power allows Dudunsparce to hit Steel- and Rock-types who resist Boomburst such as Coalossal, Copperajah, Klefki, and Alolan Sandslash super effectively. Shadow Ball lets Dudunsparce hit Ghost-types such as Hoopa, Decidueye, Drifblim, Mismagius, and Palossand super effectively. Rattled is the Ability to let Dudunsparce get speed boosts from Intimidate and potentially Dark and Bug moves used against it. Tera Normal is used to boost the power of Boomburst, making it a really powerful move once you get the Special Attack boost from Throat Spray. Yes, I know this is more of a gimmicky set, but it is a really fun set that actually puts in work.

Dudunsparce @ Leftovers
Ability: Rattled
Tera: Flying
EVs: 252 Atk/ 160 SpA/ 98 HP
Quiet Nature
-Coil
-Hyper Drill
-Roost
-Stored Power

Coil to give good stat boosts

Roost to make it pair up with tera Flying and therefore making you lose all weaknesses as it becomes typeless
Stored power for great power as you set up the coils

Slight problem, you can't manipulate your types while terastallized, so Roost wouldn't remove it. Also, even if it did work, that would only last for the rest of that turn. Roost is probably still a good move regardless though, as healing is useful, especially if you're boosting your defense with Coil.
aw man i was worried if that would actually work or not, I'm still keeping it since it counters fighting though
