How can I teach Bullet Punch to Lucario in Pokemon Violet?

So I know that Lucario learns Bullet Punch via breeding but all the compatible parents only learn it via breeding. Am I missing something? Or is it just impossible for Lucario to learn Bullet Punch for now?

But how do I get a parent pokemon with that move? All the compatible parents only learn bullet punch as an egg move.

According to my research, it is impossible to get a Lucario with Bullet Punch without transferring a Pokémon like Pangoro from Sword and Shield, which will be possible in Spring 2023.

Egg moves are learned through breeding if one of the parent Pokemon has the move, but SV has added an alternate method to getting egg moves on your mons:

1) Have a Pokemon that already knows Bullet Punch. Scizor learns it on evolution in SV.
2) Delete one of Lucario's moves so it has an empty move slot
3) Go to the Delibird Presents shop in Casscarrafa (NOT the one in Mesagoza) and buy a Mirror Herb under battle items
4) Have Lucario hold the Mirror Herb
5) Only have Lucario and Scizor in your party and start a picnic. It only has to be for a few moments
6) Exit the picnic and Lucario should have Bullet Punch!!
