Train his special attack and attack. Theres no point in having higher defense when no matter what, if the moves, super effective he'll die.
Shadow claw is a good option or shadow ball if he has decent special attack. X-scizzor is a good STAB move. Dig might be a god choice, and Aireal Ace might be good too. Then thisis bout the ONLY TIME I WOULD EVER TELL SOMEONE TO TEACH THIS MOVE but maybe giga impact, for when your fighting a type shedinjas weak too, and you need to take out the opponet in 1 hit.
