Which is better for Gen 9 competitive, Tornadus or Thundurus?

Question

I'm trying to build a competitive Pokemon team, and I want a Prankster/Tailwind user. With Thundurus and Tornadus destroying Murkrow in stats, movepools, and just existing overall, I easily eliminated Murkrow. So now I want to know which one I should use.
(Also not sure if this will help, but I don't have anything else for sure. I wanted to build the team with some sort of synergy with the Pokemon I end up using, so none of the other Pokemon are planned. And the suggestions will all be in Incarnate forme because the Therian formes don't have Prankster.) Answers are appreciated :)

What format/rules are you asking about? Singles or doubles? Are there any Pokemon, moves, or abilities that you're not allowed to use?

You could always use both in doubles, Tornadus use tailwind first turn Thundurus use rain dance first turn, then second turn Tornadus use bleakwind and Thundurus use wildbot storm bypass accuracy  :)

Tornadus, of course.
Thundurus doesn't even learn Tailwind. However, if you need a fast special sweeper, use Thundurus-Therian. Tornadus is also in Gen 9 Doubles OU, used as a Tailwind Setter. Here's a sample set from Smogon:

Tornadus (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tailwind
- Bleakwind Storm
- Taunt
- Protect

However, the both of them make a good pair since Thundurus-Therian doesn't have the speed to outspeed a lot of fast sweepers, and Prankster Tailwind makes great use of that.

Given that the question asked for a tailwind user, I think it's more likely to be some kind of doubles than RU.
