idk what you can and cant transfer and if you can get areodactly and stuff like that into SV that would be really cool
Pokémon Database has a list of Pokemon unobtainable in Scarlet and Violet. If a Pokémon isn't on this list, it can be transferred in.
Alternatively, you may use the Scarlet and Violet team planner, which categorises all Pokémon in the game and provides a complete list of available options. This is slightly less readable but more directly answers your question.
And unfortunately, you can neither transfer Aerodactyl nor Omastar into SV.
