Generation V
If Illusion would disguise the Pokémon as another Pokémon of the same species, it fails to disguise the Pokémon at all.

Generation VI
Illusion can now disguise itself as another Pokémon with Illusion of the same species.

Illusion replicates the appearance (including species, form, and Shininess)

Assuming you are in a game Gen VI+, your non-shiny Zoroark will be able to appear as your Shiny Zoroark through it's Illusion ability.

Hope this helps!
