Can Calyrex Ice Rider learn Aromatherapy in Scarlet/Violet and, if so, can it use it in battle?

According to Pokemondb, Calyrex Ice Rider learns Aromatherapy at level 40. Despite that, it still has the "This move can’t be used" description associated with moves that can't be used when transferred in from Home. Does that mean Calyrex can still learn the move and, despite that, not use it?

Before Version 1.2.0 of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Ice Rider Calyrex could learn the unusable move Aromatherapy instead of Psychic Terrain.

The Database is (as usual) outdated. Calyrex can't learn Aromatherapy anymore.

Thanks again! I looked over Calyrex's learnset on Bulbapedia too, but I think I missed that bit of text, as I don't recall ever seeing it.

It's just above Ice Rider's learnset. I didn't even know they had different movepools before you asked this. :P

Honestly, I was thinking they had near identical movepools too, which only helped to confuse me even further.
