Is there any other way to obtain Kanto Starters in Gen 3?

Question

I’m looking to complete a living dex, however I only have Fire Red. I do, however, have Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. I also have the GameCube games, and I know you can send Pokemon in them? although I have not played them yet. I am not fluent with the Gen 3 postgames; I know you can get the Gen 2 starters.

So I was wondering, is it possible to obtain the other Kanto starters through the other Gen 3 games?

I don't believe you can get any of the Kanto starters in XD or Coliseum, so beyond decade old events, you can't get them from anywhere but in FrLg.

You could trade all the Pokemon out of your copy of Fire Red and then restart the game to get the other starters (and the other fossils).

Did you already get Raikou, Suicune, and Entei from Pokémon Colosseum? If not, you'll have to play into the postgame for them.

Only now do I realize I should've provided context, but the legendary beasts are roaming Pokémon tied to the starters, being Bulbasaur for Entei, Squirtle for Raikou, etc. Assuming you can't access them through Colosseum, you'll either need to pull off glitches to obtain them too or play into the postgame on two different saves.

Unfortunately not, Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen are the only Gen 3 games that give you the Kanto starters.
the only starters Birch gives you in Emerald are the Johto starters and he only gives them to you when you complete the Hoenn Pokedex.
