PokéBase - Pokémon Q&A

I've recently got Sword and the DLC. I wanted to finish the base game storyline before doing the DLC, so I've done that. I also knew the DLC levels scaled afterwards However, I had hoped that A) the Kubfu you get is also scaled or B) the trainers in the towers don't scale if A is false.
How wrong I was.
So now, I have spent the last 1.5 hours training Kubfu from lv 15 to level 47. I need to get to level 70.
I have already cleared all the Isle Raid Dens for candies and used them all, but I don't want to do the Wild Area's Raids unless that's the fastest way.

Please answer quickly. I don't want to hate Gen 8 as much as some apparently do. (my unpopular opinion is that Dynamax is really fun)
I believe Pokejobs and grinding raids for EXP candies are best.
I've found even high-star Pokejobs for half a day (so they only go on overnight) only give around the exp of the yield of 1-3 high level pokemon, especially chansey & miltank, and obviously I can only do a limited number of raids without spending all my watts on wishing peices (i am aware of digging pa, but i dont have enough ore) Also, I only seem to get 3-star raids
doing all the raids in the wild area, ioa, and the crown tundra and getting candies is probably the fastest way to level. i think completing all the raids resets them, at least in the wild area.
ok, nice, i'll try that
done, i got it to level 68 in about 20 mins thanks to this! Finally got spooky urshifu!
Can someone put grinding for candies in raids as an answer so it's easy to see as well

Getting various EXP candies from doing raids in the Wild Area, as well as the Crown Tundra or the Isle of Armor if you can access them, is almost always the fastest way to train Pokemon in S/S. Completing all the raids in each area will reset the raids in that area.

Sending your Pokemon to Pokejobs or fighting wild Pokemon with a high HP stat, such as Chansey, Blissey, or Audino are other, slower ways of training Pokemon in S/S.

The fastest way I trained my Kubfu was going to the Max Lair and completing a few raids. Then I got the currency that the shopkeeper in the entrance to the Max Lair uses and bought Exp. Candies. Sorry for the vagueness (I haven’t played Pokemon Sword and Shield in FOREVER)
