Do I have every game to complete a living dex? (Excluding Event-Only)?

Question

I currently have:
Pokémon Y
Pokémon Omega Ruby
Pokémon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon
I've caught all base Pokémon Scarlet exclusives, not their DLC and don't have the game anymore
Pokémon Violet + DLC
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond

Will this be enough to complete a living dex excluding Mythicals?

Looking over your list of games briefly, they aren't enough to complete a National Dex. You'd still need Sword and Shield for Pokémon like Sirfetch'd and Cursola, Legends Arceus for Hisuian Pokémon, and the Scarlet DLC for legendaries like Gouging Fire.

If my memory is correct, I know you should be able to do it with mostly (or at least everything up through Gen 6) Omega Ruby and Y. I completed it with those two and I didn't have bank. back then, so the biggest problem would be version exclusives (which I imagine the the other games would cover) and mythicals.

You might still be missing a few X-exclusive Pokemon, like Sawk.

No.
As Amethyst said in his answer to this post, you need all of these games to complete a living dex (excluding bank/HOME. Mythicals and exclusives excluded):

• Scarlet (+DLC)
• Violet (+DLC)
• Legends: Arceus
• Sword (+DLC)
• Shield (+DLC)
• Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon, Brilliant Diamond, or Shining Pearl
• X or Y
