What is the source of this (Mega Garchomp Z)?

In this reddit threat, if you CTRL F and type in "Garchomp", it says there is something called "Mega Garchomp Z". What is this? Where did this come from? Doubt Stunfisk is the reddit for conspiracy theories

There was a supposed leak about dlc megas by data miners. I could not find wherever this was posted originally but here is some more things about it:

I think the name "Garchomp Z" might just be an assumption/guess that started with Centro. No leaker including this one ever called it that.
