Wild Vivillon caught in the base game, or evolved from wild Spewpa/Scatterbug caught in the base game, have the Meadow Pattern. The one exception being the Spewpa acquired in the Lumiose Museum in Side Mission 21, which evolves into a Marine Pattern.
Vivillon caught or evolved from Spewpa/Scatterbug caught in Hyperspace Lumiose will be Garden Pattern.
Other forms exist in the game's data with descriptions but it's not possible to legally obtain them yet as Home compatibility hasn't been added and there haven't been any events.
