All wild Vivillon caught, or evolved from wild Spewpa/Scatterbug caught in this game have the Meadow Pattern. The only exception is from the Spewpa acquired in the Lumiose Museum in Side Mission 21, which evolves into a Marine Pattern.
Other forms exist in the game's data with descriptions but it's not possible to legally obtain them yet as Home compatibility hasn't been added and there haven't been any events.
