How do I get Gible in Pokemon: Legends Z-A?

There's a silhouette of Gible in Wild Zone 8, but every time I go there, there's nothing but an army of Sandile and Drilbur. Is there anywhere else I can find it?

Gible can spawn in the same holes as Drilbur, but they're relatively rare. You can see their fin poking out. Good luck!
