Is it possible get Shiny versions of the following Pokemon in anything but a Poke Ball in Gen 4?

Is it possible to get the shiny starters (from Gens 1 through 4), Lucario, Manaphy, and Phione in anything but a Pokeball in DPPt/HGSS.

Hatching from eggs, cherish balls, transfers from other games work too.

Manaphy can be obtained in a Cherish Ball in DPPt with the DNS Exploit. Phione can be obtained in a Cherish Ball in My Pokemon Ranch when you trade Hayley a Leafeon after 250 Pokemon are deposited. My Pokemon Ranch can no longer be downloaded from the Wii Shop, so you will need to either cheat or have a Wii with the game preloaded.

The DNS Exploit can also apparently get you a Cherish Ball Charmander and Chimchar with a Japanese copy of Diamond or Pearl.

I should add that these need to be both shiny and legal in game, since I intend on getting these and using them in Scarlet/Violet, or Pokemon Champions.

However, discontinued software is not a problem and still “usable”.
