Do you want normal or mega?
@Stoutland Fan either or
Why are you using Ampharos over other offensive electric Pokemon, like Raichu?
Read the username, then maybe you have your answer; they want to know how good they can make it
Farigiraf with trick room could work
A set with cotton guard can definitely work. I’ll answer this question more fully later.
are you looking for a mega ampharos set or normal ampharos set

So firstly let’s talk about how ampharos can be good and then we can discuss partner Pokemon for it. Ampharos isn’t a super strong pokemom but it does get access to cotton guard which can be used to wall a lot of the physical attackers in the meta. It also gets charge and parabolic charge to boost its damage and heal itself. Protect should be your final move so you can reposition Ampharos’s partner Pokemon to keep it safe. You should use either Ampharosite or leftovers for your held item. Ampharosite is generally better because it gives you a really nice base stat boost and lets you hit non mega Raichu but leftovers work well if you want to use another mega.

Now for Ampharos partner Pokemon there are a few that stand out to me as particularly good. Sinitcha can heal Ampharos, set trick room and threaten ground types with matcha gotcha. Ninetales-A is a good partner for the same reason except it offers Aurora veil instead of heals and trick room. Basculegion is also a more offenceive pick that can pick up lots of Kos after oponents are worn down by Ampharos’s parabolic charge. Finally Grimsnarl is another great support Pokemon because it can allow Ampharos to set up with much more ease thanks to screens. Finally most ground types and Pokemon that are imune to parabolic charge are also good teamates because they allow you to use parabolic charge without killing your own Pokemon.

its worth mentioning that since parabolic charge also hits your teammate, you can consider a ground type, a lightning rod/volt absorb pokemon, or a telepathy mon to be immune/take advantage of this. Another interesting idea is Pelipper, because you can drain it to heal up your ampharos but also because Peli can threaten ground types with Drizzle water moves and also allow you to run thunder if you want to
Following what Mxelawl said, this is true. A good example is Gardevoir with telepathy. It is a great damage dealer and in mega even better
Gardevoir loses telepathy when it megas but allies that are immune to parabolic charge are worth mentioning.
