aerial ace or roost

which of the 2 will be most useful on a gliscor? im not keeping both of them on the same moveset so it will have to be either of the 2. roost gives you recovery but aerial ace is stab and i think its a waste to not use his stab when he has decent attack. which one is better??

You said it yourself that you think its a waste to get rid of Arial Ace but if you think you cant take them down in one hit and have no way of healing then you should go with Roost
