Is rock slide or payback more effective on conkeldurr

My conkeldurr knows bulk up, mach punch and drain punch

Well, I would go with Payback as Conkeldurr has horrible Speed and it covers Psychic weakness b/c Psychic moves are mostly special. Rock Slide covers Flying but the flinch isn't useful b/c of low Speed and Flying moves are Physical and Special, and you have Bulk UP.

Unless you have max SDef and HP, I doubt that you'll take ANY Special hit.

WEll, he would have EVs in HP as he has Drain Punch. Also, how else would you be able to cover Psychic types?

Just switching. Iron ball+Fling is so one time, and not close to as useful as Leftovers, Life Orb, or Flame Orb.
