Definitely Zapdos. Although Zapdos can do well as a combination coverage sweeper, Thundurus has pure power, great statistics and a large movepool along with an ability to cover many types at once. So, Thundurus rocks!!!

If I were you, I would have a:

Thundurus lv.100
Ability: Prankster
Nature: Adamant
Item: Iron Ball
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Def, 6 HP
Moveset:
Thunder
Fling
Dark Pulse
Agility

You should raise your speed with Agility and use Fling to throw the Iron Ball at the target. Try to get more Iron Ball's because once you fling your item, you don't get it back.

even if you intend to use fling, as you can only use it once. Better to stick to using thunderbolt and dark pulse and so on and so forth.
