Rampardos @ Choice Band

Trait: Mold Breaker

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)

  • Earthquake
  • Brick Break
  • Head Smash
  • Zen Headbutt/Crunch

With adamant max attack choice band it gets a attack stat of 706 wich he should be able to do some reasonable damage with.

Head Smash has a base power of 225 including STAB.
Zen Headbutt hits Fighting types, who "resist" Head Smash.
Earthquake gives nice coverage on Steel types, and some other coverage as well.
Fire Punch is for Steel types who don't take much damage from Head Smash, Like Ferroseed and also if Pokes happen to float on a balloon.

Rampardos

Fast Dino

Ability: Mold-breaker
Nature: Jolly
Item: Focus-sash
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed

Rock-polish
Stone-edge
Earthquake
Fire-punch/Thunder-punch/Brick-break

Rock-polish give him insane speed though beware Priority ruins him. Stone edge provides great STAB. Earthquake is an obvious choice for coverage. Fire/Thunder-punch and Brick-break are for coverage moves.

Rampardos (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Mold Breaker
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

  • Substitute
  • Focus Punch
  • Head Smash
  • Pain Split
by
Hmmm, interesting moveset, but replace Head Smash with Rock Slide or Stone Edge since you would take 1/2 the damage inflicted every time.
I don't think you realize the sheer power of Head Smash. Plus, he has Pain Split and Leftovers. :P
Right, but it seems rather redundant considering the recoil if its main source of recovery is Leftovers and opponent's HP, but I'll take you're word for it.  If this Rampardos sustains battles with Head Smash along with its other moves, I'll reconsider the idea.

Trick room sweeper

Rampardos life orb
Nature: Brave
Ivs: 0 speed
Evs: 252 hp 252 atk 4 sp def
Ability: sheer force
Moves:
Stone Edge
Earthquake/fire punch
Fire punch/crunch
Zenheadbutt/head smash

This set is TRICK ROOM ONLY to clarify. Have a teammate setup trick room and your opponent will watch in horror as his team is ripped to shreds by a Pachycephalosaurus. Stone edge is sheer force boosted STAB without recoil that destroys most opponents anyway. Earthquake and fire punch are good coverage options that both nail steel types, and crunch can be used for hitting psychics and ghosts. Zen head but gets the sheer force boosts and hits fighting types, while head smash is for this who wish to learn what true power is. Other item options include iron ball to ensure rampardos is "fast" under trick room and choice band if you really want to hurt somebody. Hope this helps

And you will watch as a Power Trick, Trick Room Shuckle Earthquakes Rampardos, and you entire team to shreds.

Gen 7 ZU or PU
Rampardos @ Choice Band
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Earthquake
- Zen Headbutt
- Hammer Arm
- Stone Edge
Explanation: Rampardos is meant to be used on Trick Room teams. With its slow speed and high attack... plus a Choice Band.... fast Pokemon such as Electivire will be defeated during Trick Room. Earthquake is a strong move. Zen Headbutt covers its weakness to Fighting Types. Hammer Arm is to lower speed if you're up against Pokemon with lower speed than Rampardos such as Bastiodon. Stone Edge is for the EdgeQuake combo.

Jurassic Sweeper

Rampardos @ Life Orb/ Focus Sash
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
- Fire Punch
- Rock Polish

Recently, a very angry dinosaur escaped from the local Jurassic Park. And he's out for, well, lets just say trainers and their Pokemon. Rampardos amazing sky-high attack stat+Adamant Nature+Sheer force+Life Orb makes it one scary sweeper. Yes, I know it's in PU, but Rampardos with Focus sash works too. At first, there is nothing Rampardos likes when fighting an enemy faster than it except for polishing itself using its favourite cleansing move, Rock Polish. Then, Rampardos sees that the threat he is facing is a Kartana, oof, that sucks. Usually, okay, not all the time, but usually, it uses Swords Dance, either that or it OHKOs Rampardos, that's why I also recommended Focus Sash, because without Life Orb Rampardos's attack is amazingly high+Sheer force. Anyway, back to Kartana, so yeah, if Rampardos got a chance to set up Rock Polish, it will totally sweep the entire team (okay, maybe not all), but no worries, Fire punch's got Kartana's or Ferrothorn's name on it. Yes, this set is for OU even though Rampardos is in PU. Rampardos loves fighting harder Pokemon. Greninja would be a problem though, but we'll talk about that later.

Rock slide is for that STAB move that ruins your opponent's day when the opponent's about to set up with Volcarona. Iron Head for coverage, and because Rampardos has one hard head (he's also hard-headed in real life, lol). Now back to the Greninja problem, well, clears up with Rilla- wait, Rillaboom doesn't exist in Gen 7 OU. Wait, let me see showdown for a while. Ok, Serperior might do, as it checks Pokemon like Greninja, but also Kartana, as it has a high attack stat and a decent good defense stat. Alrighty, Kartana it is. Kartana says hello to Pokemon like Greninja, and other water types, ground types, and steel type moves for the grass types. Kartana's speed is also good so it would be able to outrun threats like Medicham-Mega and use its STAB steel type moves, or STAB grass type moves. Even though Kartana has access to Air Slash to deal with fighting types, it won't be very useful as Kartana's more of a physical attacker.

Hope you find this helpful, and if you find a roaming rock dinosaur please inform me on my wall, I have a Greninja to deal with it.

Dual Dance Rampardos
Gen 7 ZU

Rampardos @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance
- Rock Polish

Earthquake is good coverage and a strong move, even though it isn't boosted by Sheer Force. Rock Slide is STAB that gets boosted by Sheer Force + Life Orb. Swords Dance boosts Rampardos' attack to a dangerous level. Rock Polish boosts Rampardos' speed.

Rampardos isn't ment for bulky
You are not allowed to have more than one moveset per-answer, please split them into to 2 answers.
@Terlor Where that rule?

Been using this set on battle spot and it REALLY catches people off guard...

Rampardos @ Choice Scarf

Jolly
Sheer Force

252 attack/ 252 speed/ rest in Hp

Head smash
Zen Headbutt
Superpower (or EQ if you like)
Fire Punch

The point of this set is to completely demolish anything with a devastating attack and with choice scarf jolly, it can effectively outspeed many threats including lucario, charizard, and infernape...head smash is its main STAB and does heavy damage while the other moves are just there for coverage against counters like ferrothorn, fighting types, etc. The only real threats are bulky waters that can take a head smash like vaporeon, gastrodon, or physically-defensive milotic...

Phenomenal when good downright terrible when bad.

Dam pardos
@Choice scarf
Trait:Mold breaker
Adamant nature
252 Atk 252 Spd 4 Hp

Zen headbutt
Outrage
Earthquake
Head smash/Stone edge/Iron tail

Rampardos is amazing. When he's not dead. Scarf helps outspeed most steel types, Zen headbutt kills fighting types, Earthquake kills lots, Outrage kills everything else, and Head Smash if all else fails. Stone edge can land a lot of crits and Iron tail has pretty good coverage.
Warning You will need to pass on speed buffs via baton pass. Some attack wouldn't hurt either.
