Eeveelutions usually have a bad movepool. Leafeon is not an exception, however does have a better movepool than Flareon. Here's a Gen 9 NatDex RU set for it.

OK, this set should only be used in Sun teams for Gen 9 NatDex RU, where Torkoal and Ninetales are the only options for a Sun setter. Knock Off is a great utility move that provides good coverage. Aerial Ace is better than Iron Tail for it has no accuracy check and has better coverage for a Grass type to have. X-Scissor and Leaf Blade are just filler moves.

Gen 9 NU Sun Sweeper

This set should be used on Sun teams in NU. Sun teams appreciate having Leafeon as a physical Sun sweeper that can deal with specially defensive Pokemon. Swords Dance boosting Leafeon's attack stat makes it a scary threat under the sun. Solar Blade is used for the Grass STAB since it is Leafeon's strongest physical Grass STAB. Solar Blade doesn't need to be charged when used in the sun. Knock Off is a really nice move that is useful against Pokemon such as Goodra, Drifblim, and Appletun who try to switch into a Solar Blade. Knock Off also removes items, making it useful against checks. Synthesis allows Leafeon to recover some HP and can potentially restore 2/3 or Leafeon's HP if you use it while Sun in is up. Tera Blast with Fire as the Tera Type can be used instead to have a super effective move to hit Steel-types such as Magneton, Orthworm, and Copperajah. Tera Dark is used if you use Synthesis in the last slot so you can make Knock Off become a STAB move. Life Orb is used to give extra power to Leafeon's attacks. Lum Berry can be used to cure Leafeon of a status condition that would hinder its sweeping abilities such as paralysis or a burn.

Since this set is used on Sun teams, Vulpix is a required teammate since it has Drought to setup sun. Hattrem is also mandatory on Sun since it has Magic Bounce to bounce back hazards, as Sun teams don't want to have to take chip damage from hazards. Hattrem can also use Eject Button to live a hit, then bring in a Sun sweeper such as Leafeon.
