Is the Lavender Town music in Gold and Silver different than the music in Red and Blue?

It changed, and here is proof what it sounded like in G/S/C and What it sounded like in R/B

I happen to play the GS sound thing in HeartGold in Lavender Town, It is different.

In Firered/Leafgreen and Heartgold/Solsilver i think it changed there but ive seen somewhere that said it didnt change from G/S to R/B. i just have to find it in my history.
