how would you teach conkeldurr both drain punch and mach punch?

Can you have him learn both if so how?

Get a Hitmonchan(Male) with Mach Punch and it would also have to have Drain Punch, which you can teach it Drain Punch through TM in Heartgold/Soulsilver. Then Poketransfer it up to Black/White and breed it with a Conkeldurr(Female).
