What are the lottery prizes?

For Diamond/Pearl/Platinum they are:
1 number (4th) = Backdrop for contests
2 numbers (3rd) = PP Up
3 numbers (2nd) = Exp. Share
4 numbers (1st) = Max Revive
5 numbers (Grand Prize) = Master Ball

For HG/SS they are mostly the same, except the 4th prize is an Ultra Ball instead of the backdrop.
