What type is the move Mind Reader?

I got a Ninjask from the GTS with it but it says Mind Reader is a normal type move. Our site here it says it is a Psychic type move. But on Bulbapedia, it says it is a normal type move. Who is right? Is it a normal type move or is my Ninjask hacked.
