Nope. It can only be caught in Striaton City and Route 3, which are accessible AFTER the Elite Four.

I caught a Corphish in Pokemon Black 2 under the Village Bridge.

Are you sure about this? Both Bulbapedia and Serebii say it's impossible to find wild Corphish at Village Bridge.
