Gen III.

Deoxys-Defense @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpD
Calm / Careful Nature
- Night Shade / Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Recover
- Spikes

Doesn't matter which nature you use because you have fixed damage. EVs even out Def and Sp. Def stats.

Gen III

Deoxys-Attack @ Focus Band
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Fire Punch

Basic sweeping set, Fire Punch is special in Gen III.

My moveset for normal forme:

Deoxys @ Leftovers / Wide lens
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Psycho Boost
- Shadow Ball
- Fire Punch
- Drain Punch / Brick Break / Focus Blast

Psycho boost has STAB on top of already very high power (140), and so can be used to confront bulky attackers such as Aggron and Swalot. Shadow ball covers Deoxys' ghost weakness and also other psychics. Fire Punch punishes bug Pokémon looking to do super effective STAB damage with moves such as X-scissor or Megahorn. Fire Punch also gives Deoxys a physical attack which complements his equally strong attack/special attack stats. Drain Punch covers super effective dark types and will also restore health to keep Deoxys in the fight. You can use brick break for a bit more power but no healing, or even Focus Blast if you look to provide a fighting alternative to Psycho Boost.

The leftovers complements Drain Punch to restore even more health. If you teach Deoxys focus blast, the wide lens may be a better choice as he will gain accuracy boosts for both focus blast and psycho boost.

Let me know of any suggestions :)

I got this Deoxys-A moveset from the official Smogon website:

Deoxys-Attack @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- Psycho Boost
- Superpower
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse / Extreme Speed

Psycho Boost is insanely powerful STAB, Superpower is great coverage against dark types, Ice Beam is for coverage. The final slot is your choice: Dark Pulse is coverage against Ghost-types, but Extreme Speed could be used for priority attackers like Weavile.

Umm...Bug types are not weak to Ice.
Sorry, forgot about that when making this set. Will edit. Thanks!

Deoxys-Attack @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Lonely / Naughty Nature
- Knock Off
- Pursuit
- Psycho Boost
- Extreme Speed

This is a great physical sweeper. Use the moves according to the situation. Focus Sash is to make Deoxys last more than one hit.

NatDex AG
Deoxys-Speed@Focus Sash
Deoxys
Ability:Pressure
Nature:Timid/Jolly
EVs:252 HP/252 Spe/4 SpA or 4 Atk
•Stealth Rock
•Taunt
•Magic Coat
•Psycho Boost/Psyshock/Psychic/Knock Off
Magic Coat can reflect Smeargle’s spore and hazards as well as any other hazards, which is pretty nice. Taunt shuts down setup. Stealth Rock is....Stealth Rock, and if you choose Knock Off run 4 Atk and Jolly, and if you run Psycho Boost/Psyshock/Psychic use Timid and 4 SpA

by
I think if your using taunt no need for magic coat, sure it bounces it back but still, it does the same thing as taunt:shutting a stats move down
Well, bounce back Hazards/Status, and then taunt them to stop from further Hazards/Status. That’s what I do

Deoxys-Speed @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Toxic
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock
- Extreme Speed/Taunt
First, lead of with Thunder Wave, it quickly slows down oppoments while having a chance of them not to move at all, giving Deoxys-Speed the chance to set up. Taunt is great to avoid Pokemon to set up and also delays Baton Pass. Toxic can be used if you are lucky enough to get it to set up and the Pokemon is a Poison or electric type. Stealth Rock hurts common threats like Rayquaza and Yveltal on switch-in, Extreme Speed is so that it isn't a taunt bait. And also to deal damage before Regieleki KOs you after setting up Toxic.

I've hoped I've helped!

Deoxys-Normal @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Pressure / Limber
EVs: 200 Atk / 200 SpA / 104 Spe
Docile Nature
- Recycle
- Endure
- Drain Punch
- Psychic

Hard to setup I know, works better in double with a support moves like Quick Guard etc. Endure> WP activated > let ur mon protected u, or use yawn or hypnosis so they either switched out or give you some time to use Recycle, better yet let ur mon activated the WP.

Deoxys-Attack @ Choice Specs / Wide Lens
Ability: Limber
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Focus Blast
- Psycho Boost
- Dark Pulse
- Flash Cannon

Ez swipe I guess

For the first set, you are missing 4 EVs. Should I assume they’ll go to Speed?

FR/LG Deoxys-D

Deoxys-D @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Hp
Rash Nature
- Reflect
- Iron Defense
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball

As all Ghost, Dark and Bug moves are categorised as Physical Moves, Reflect (TM33) and Iron Defense (Level 35) will greatly reduce the power of moves with one of those types. Psychic is a great STAB and Shadow Ball is a great move to use as coverage because Bug types are extremely weak, the Dark type was introduced in Gen 2 therefore there are not a lot of Dark type Pokémon and Ghost types are decently powerful and were around since Gen 1.

Two different Deoxys-speed movesets:

Deoxys-Speed@Sticky Barb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Hp/252 Atk/252 Spe
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpA)
-Knock Off
-Stealth Rock
-Taunt
-Low Kick
For use in gen 9 OU offensive teams, great for setting rocks and also is able to destroy opponents that make contact after a use of knock off. Sticky barb is a great item for a fast, frail Pokémon running knock off due to being able to pass it on to an opponent, and if you time things well, a little luck could let you do some stallerstalling against bulky physical stallers such as araquanid and gliscor. Stealth rock and taunt are what they are, can’t really judge them, and low kick is great for surprising heavier Pokémon like tyranitar.

Deoxys-Speed@Choice Specs
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Hp/252 SpA/252 Spe
Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Psychic
-Dark Pulse
Simple gen 9 OU specs user, just meant to outspeed pretty much everything and decimate entire teams. Can also function as a late-game cleaner. For a specs user, I think speed form is actually better than attack form due to decent defenses and better speed, not requiring a nature boost to outspeed everything and getting easier foes due to its OU placement, not having to contend with the defensive menaces of Ubers such as ho-oh and necrozma-dawn-wings.
