Which of the 2 is stronger?

I have an Ambipom and I want to know which of these will hit harder.
By the way, Ambipom has the ability Technician.
Return @ 60 base power?
OR
Return @ 102 base power?

Return at base power of 102 will be more powerful
because technician boosts the power of the move by 1.5
also technician only boosts moves if they have a base power of 60 or less, so it will boost return.
so technician boost plus base power of 60 would be 90
so return with the base power of 102 would be more powerful.
