Where Is The "Admin." Button?

Question

The day that Pokebase/RMT/Meta was updated, I heard about an 'admin button'.
where is it? Also why do I not have one?

Only Editors, Super Administrators, and Moderators can use this feature.

It lets them see hidden posts, flagged posts, etc.

Only certain users can see it.

(Users higher than registered users. Not sure about Expert...)
